M4A4 wth o.0 the model from CS:GO look more like a M4A1 RIS to me.

Also for the sake of avoiding confusion the M4A1 is made by Colt its the military carbine while the M4A2 is made buy Bushmaster for civilian and law enforcement.

Colt made prototype M4A2s but they were never accepted for production & or issued to troops.
