@ Avo: Yates is right about community part, but honestly, even one person can deal with hackers. When I was hosting FreeChoice it was a problem but it was quickly dealt with.
@ DC:
[b]bold This is how to deal with cheaters/"hackers" in games:[b]
• Tell the server owner/admins to ban the hacker(s)
• If there aren't any responsible people or if they don't do anything: try kick voting.
• If this also fails: Play on another server.
• If you don't find a good server: Host your own one.
• If this is not an option (firewall/router/network problems): Play offline against bots.
• If the bots are to bad: Learn Lua and improve the AI. It's fun!
There are also some other options like trying to contact server owners and to establish a better group of admins who care etc.
I'm sorry but there is not much else we or you could do. Cheaters have always been a problem and they might always be. I know that this isn't very satisfying but unfortunately that's how it is.

What are you even trying to say here? I think it's been clearly explained that server owners are the ones ultimately responsible for maintaining their servers and keeping them cheater-free. This thread has outlived its usefulness.
