I think CC would be better if you could join a game already in progress...
Also if it had a simultaneous mode that would be nice too.

too many technical issues to realize that (for both). joining a game which is already in progress also doesn't make much sense and would be unfair. imagine you are playing and suddenly a random player appears at random positions. that would be horrible!
it's fine as it is but it's still not popular (and stable) enough

Damn, I was really hoping for simultaneous mode.
Joining a game in progress wouldn't necessarily mean that you would spawn, just that you could spectate until the next round.
