I noticed that some uploads in the file-archive have been rated "too good".
The problem is that this makes the whole rating system rather pointless. It does not help anyone when all files (even the bad ones) have a rather good rating.

Therefore there will be some changes:

Description: old > new

∗°°°° very bad > bad
∗∗°°° bad > it's okay
∗∗∗°° average > good
∗∗∗∗° good > very good
∗∗∗∗∗ very good > AWESOME!

This will hopefully help to get more reasonable ratings.

Its ok but I guess rating will never be fair since its more of a popularity thing then a quality so a file that is very good but it has only 3 downloads will never get a spot in the so called top 15 best uploads.

bcuz in Russia in schools are 1-5/5+ mark sys, and maybe in some other countries too, dunno
and as i see ppl still give thousands of 5's
Maybe back old sys and add 6 star 'Awesome!' ?

but maybe they are used allready to 1-5 sys, not 2-6.

Maybe there should be two rating number at each file? One that already is here, that everyone can vote, and second of "experts" group, choosen by moderators people that do not overuse 5/5, etc.

i'll think about a solution later. I have several ideas. introducing two ratings is a pretty worthless idea in my opinion
