you can modify cs too. fpsbanana is full with gfx, maps, sfx, scripts and more stuff. well, since the counter-strike page got destroyed there were thousand of files deleted, whatever.

No, it's CS2D.
However to say which has better game play and takes more skill, it's obviously the 3D game, because it has 1 more axis. Moreover it has more spread making it difficult to kill with most weapons from long range. As well as more clipping

There's no embedded map editor, you need to download it make it into a .map file then compile it to bsp. 60%+ people don't know how to compile a map.
And it's hardly modifiable, no return values you only can detect when a player says something.
