You are hosting a server... and you don't want names like:
1. ImÐumb
2. ®egisterPls
etc?
Why?
Well, TBH I have no idea, since CS2D takes all of its character as ANSI and does not accept anything like Unicode ( UTF-16 ) or UTF-8.
so what do you have to do to ban unicode nicks? nothing!
alt + 0174 (numbers on numpad!)
®or simply copy and paste it from somewhere.

I pressed alt + 0174 didn't work
And find file with name ''Charmap'',it has alot of signs,special letters and normal letters
