4 replies If Unreal Software knows a lot about port forwarding then they should help us do it. I don't mean tell us by writing. This website should have a Support system by using team view. Helping us live not just writing. That is 1 way we can prevent people posting "Help Server Doesn't Show". We cannot help you as every router is different. We would need the knowledge of thousands of them to help every person and no one simply knows them all. I have already helped many users here by using teamviewer SD User Offline
Two of the dirty solutions could be disabling router firewall or enabling DMZ host - then you won't need to do that pesky port-forwarding. DC Admin Offline
@ loik: It somehow looks like you're thinking that this is a professional game developer that can spend thousands of dollars for a support team. This is wrong. All games are free and there is zero money for a support team.
We have FAQs and threads that cover the problems as good as possible. We can't do much more. We simply don't have the time to help every single user personally in team viewer. That's simply impossible. Sorry.
So I guess you have to start reading if you find nobody who has time to help you in team viewer. Contact the manufacturer of your router (or read its manual) if you don't know how to port forward. This all is mentioned in our threads / FAQ though. You simply have to read this stuff and use your brain.
