Why when entering the player and wait 1 minute min kick Out Do

"Ping too high" - means that someone's Internet connection sucks and server don't want laggers.

I don't understand you. Also why are you using bmp on the internet? Use jpg oder png!

In case of "ping too high" kick messages, use (as server): cs2d cmd

mp_pinglimit followed by a high value or 0

I see what is wrong. You are using The Admin Script 3.0. Remove it asap and enjoy a server that is not being lagged by that shit.

Or.. You can make your mp_pinglimit higher, but that is probably not a good idea.
