The player models are only visible on client side, if you want to use them for a map or script you have to give some details. Are you using a server with FTP or home PC server? If you are using a server with FTP you may use FileZilla to upload your files. However if you want to place them in your CS2D folder for your server, you should put it in the folder gfx/players/ or anywhere inside the gfx folder.
