Define combi without editing any .inf
4 replies Is there any possibility to define combinations, etc. just by scripts in my map and not by editing the combinations.inf, etc.?
I mean
def_extend can't define any combis, can it? no.
however, if you only want to add combinations (without editing or removing old ones) you can create your own combination.inf file. have a look at the default ones in the sys folder and you should be able to figure out their naming convention.
if this is meant for a map you can then simply add this file together with the map file and give instructions on where to place each. I see, so any .inf-file is implemented automatically? (When placed in the sys-folder of course) yes, but it also has to follow the correct naming convention, as I said.
