I tried to play cs2d with my friends cuz he wanted to try this game, but he can not join my LAN server, we tried with my brother later but still didnt work. And my port was everytime 36963, any solutions?

You can't play and your friend together and the LAN's check-box is turned on. To play with LAN, you must be together onto the same network.
The better way is to connect on a Public/Private same specific server.
Or you can turn off the firewall as @user Anomaly has been said.
