BabyNugget: ohaz is kinda right though. I advise you to read his reply more carefully. By the way, have you tried also running the server using nohup to see if it works?

nohup ./cs2d_dedicated&
it say cannot exec : no such file or directory i am here to help you
to save you
cd to your dir
with cds2d server ok`Y?/?
so you cd
if your server is in /var/www/cs2d
you type cd /var/www/cs2d
and then

nohup cs2d_server >/dev/null 2>&1 &
