on default it's windowed I think

what does "put on very small screen" mean? do you want to run it with a very small screen resolution or do you want to run it in a very small window?

whatever, the minimum (and standard, and only real) resolution for cs2d is 640x480. it's not possible to run it with a lower resolution.

use launcher.exe or the bat-files to switch between windowed/fullscreen
