Here is a tool for you, developed by @user Devil-Thanh: aka Poddy for me a years ago, so I sharing it here with community

> How to use:
1. Drop it into root CS2d folder (Where CS2d.exe)
2. Follow the instructions

> This tool only moves tiles, entities and color applied remains on their original place!
