hmm...
1. make a sprite near the wall which looks like the laser mine
2. make a sprite which represents the laser beam
3. if the player walks in to the beam custom kill him
hm...
and to use it like a normal mine add the build/buildattempt hook and return 1 then play the laser sound and place the "fake" mine
and "steal" the player one laser mine
this should work
maybe I'll post an example script these days
