It seems similar to the server hijacking event that happened a while ago, where uPraTe6 was adding "Dark Bots" to a aim_ map server, he also managed to disconnect all of the players in the server. I managed to rejoin and noticed that it was uPraTe6 who did it. I think CS2D needs additional security fixes because no one would like their game server hijacked.

He wasn't the only one fucking up with bots. 
His bots were mostly called uPraBots, DarkBots were from another dude called Dark1337. I remembered watching them both fucking around on servers.
Dunno if they still do that shit, stopped playing CS2D.

the logs are more important than a useless video or whatever.
also there is no real way to protect against that bot crap if they are using proxies or even a botnet. this is an DDoS attack which is very hard (if not impossible) to detect automatically. enable USGN only in that case. that's the best solution which comes to my mind. keep banning the USGN accounts then.
it's a shame that those fuckheads keep destroying free games systematically. pathetic and pointless waste of time for everyone involved. it's obvious that they are jealous because they are not skilled enough to create their own games. they can just destroy (which is easy) not create. poor people... There is no logs show he hack it but it already happen 4 times! I already run cmd and cs2d dedicated server and the result international connection and local connection is normal 1 - 2ms but my server get critical lags Zzz
