I doubt your soul needs saving ( although your English skills could definitely use some salvation, on that point! ).

You, being completely daft at computers, I am guessing, are trying to setup a server on your home machine. Now, a Citylife server is quite a monster when it comes to bandwidth usage, so:
A: You are going to probably run up your cap
B: Pings will be so bad (even for people near you) that you won't get anyone playing in your server.

If you are trying to setup a 24/7 dedicated server from home, DO NOT DO IT! It is a waste of time.

On the topic of your question about the serverlist, you need someone from elsewhere to check for your server as checking from a local machine will put it in the LAN games section and you won't see it in the global serverlist ( this is due to some routing that issues -- that have been around for some time now! ).

So why not trying searching the forums or checking out www.cs2d.com ?

Yes, you do have to portforward your router in order to host a CS2D sever and have it added to the serverlist.

But if you just wanna host for your friend/s, give them your IP address and make them join via IP.
