That's normal. When you shut down your PC. Your programs shut down too, i don't see the problem on there.
a dedicated server is a normal program.

DC has writtenlol maybe I should add something like that to the FAQ. of course you need a pc (server) which runs 24/7 to have a cs2d server that runs 24/7!
youhave to laugh about it, but i guess many users here have problems with that. they dont see the difference between ingame server (new game), dedicated server, and dedicated server on a vps/root.
the guy isnt the first who ask this question and dont get it

Else buy another computer and run the dedicated server on it (oh wait, that's gonna be more expensive :D)
