Hey everyone!

I have a huge problem right now , when i host my server it starts lagging but i don't know whats causing it.

2 days ago it was working fine untill i modded my Windows OS.
Today i deleted everything that could mod my Windows OS but it's still lagging my server.

I want to know what causes this problem.
Can it be RAM?
Can it be internet?
Is there a virus or something?
How can i fix this?
