Hello there! Often times when I start my server when I check the usgn server list it says timeout.. Why is that? Is there a way to fix it?

I have forwarded all my ports correctly. I already have 5 servers opened and working correctly and its just this particular one. And I'm not looking it up in the game serverlist. I'm looking my server up in the usgn open serverlist.
