!When i host a server with new game it is in the list and ppl join.
When i host with dedicated i can't see it in the list, but i see that some ppl join my server even i can't see it's in the list. HELP!

you should still be able to join by using the LAN serverlist or by connecting to the IP 127.0.0.1:36963 (change the port if you are using another one).
just ignore the fact that you can't see your server in the in-game serverlist yourself. you'll probably find it in the web serverlist: http://www.unrealsoftware.de/usgn.php?s=cs2d
