Hello, I just bought an VDS(virtual dedicated server) i was running cs2d servers, ts3 and filezilla when it was windows 2003 server, but then i upgraded it to windows 2008 R2, so some more features has come with it like firewall, when the firewall was on cs2d server was running normally, it was adding itself to serverlist, but it was unjoinable, like ts3 server. when i set firewalls to of ts3 become joinable. but now cs2d looks like this. and i cant host servers. its not about ports/firewalls because its an vds and i disabled firewall totally.
i tried it with 50ks and 30ks and i was running it with same port when it was windows sv 2003. now the company where i bought vds offered me to install windows server 2003, i hope it will be solved this time... cuz this problem is really paranormal for both side.

Latest Update...
Linux is easy to use, a few tutorials will set you right.
DC said to not underestimate the complexity of Linux. It will take some courage/time to sit down and learn extra stuff that you don't need (because some people have school and no time for linux). One does not simply learn linux in 1 hour without a proffessional assistant (MostAfa helped me from cs2dservers.com)
i dk linux that much but insatalling webserver, upgrading php. installing webmin then insalling cs2d panel, after them intalling ftp and adding cs2d servers took like 15 min, but still no server... i still think im ip is blocked.
@ zolsauza: Well the error messages from your latest update (the screenshot in the spoiler tag) speak for themselves don't they? You didn't put the dedicated server in a folder with the required files or you are not executing it in that folder.
I just runned it as Administrator as my ISP suggested, and it printed more things, this is why i wanted to share,
And my problem is solved, My ISP Changed their Datecenter, Now I can run servers Thanks to everybody for their helpfull and respectfull (i mean which doesnt exist Bad words) commands.
