0.1.0.1 is the decticated server version
0.1.2.1 is the game version

Also you wont host a server if you didn't port-forward and these things,,
You didn't understand a single word, right?
Server version 0.1.2.1 DOES NOT EXIST and you DO NOT NEED IT.
The latest version is available at http://www.cs2d.com/download.php
It has the game version 0.1.2.1 and the server version 0.1.0.1! Those are TWO DIFFERENT version numbers which DO NOT have to be equal to work.
The server only has to have the same GAME VERSION (0.1.2.1) as the client! You can and should simply ignore that stupid server version completely. It's totally unimportant in your case.
Further information: The server version is increased when I update the server WITHOUT updating the actual game version. Otherwise it is not increased at all. I'm not doing this in a consequent way though (I forget to change the server version number when fixing server releases). The server is always compatible with the client as long as the game version is the same.
