That the port used locally / specified on your local side is different from the one used in the server list may happen and can be considered normal. Everything should still work as expected.

If you run into any problems with this (e.g. people not being able to join even though your server setup is correct with proper port forwarding and firewall settings) you can try to run CS2D (the instance used for server hosting) with the command line parameter 
-realport
