I'm having some issues with downloading it, I don't want to try download it cause it might be malicious and I'm on my dad's laptop. The Microsoft Defender SmartScreen is blocking it, do I continue with the installation anyway?

"might be malicious" doesn't mean that it's definitely malicious. If you don't know what you're loading you should be careful but if you know it and loaded it from a trustworthy source you can continue.

If you download it from this website, CS2D.com or via Steam I can assure you that it does not contain any malware. It's up to you if you trust me but millions of people already downloaded and played CS2D without getting their system ruined.

Microsoft Defender is probably blocking it because it's not signed, it's downloaded from the internet and it contains networking and file access code. That's quite a dangerous combination which could be abused potentially. Maybe there's also malware which looks similar (maybe someone made malware with BlitzMax, the programming language used).
