Help please I stuck in that island I need to find grapes for vine i looked all over the island but I didnt find it help plz !!!

EDIT: it's wine, not vine. vines are lianas. if you need lianas, just hit trees

Vines ARE Wine plants... -_-, or better Wine Plants are Vines... (Vines just means "Kletterpflanze" in german)
Sometimes its even accociated directly with growing wine.
